3. Artwork and Files You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork and files in the specified formats and dimensions. We are not liable for any printing errors resulting from incorrect or low-quality files.
4. Proofs We will provide digital proofs for your approval before printing. You must review and approve the proofs within the specified time frame. Once approved, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the final printed product.
5. Delivery Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the order and our current workload. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability Lear Print Ltd’s liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
7. Intellectual Property You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to reproduce any copyrighted material included in your order. You agree to indemnify and hold Lear Print Ltd harmless from any claims arising from the use of such material.
8. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations or changes to orders must be made in writing. Refunds may be issued at our discretion and are subject to restocking fees or other charges. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of order delivery.
9. Events Outside Our Control Lear Print Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement arising out of any event or cause beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, war, terrorism, civil disorder, natural disasters, utility outages, internet outages, or actions or decrees of governmental bodies.
10. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
